MY 20 REASONS FOR WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT

  1. To feel good about myself
  2. To have more energy
  3. To wear a bathing suit
  4. To buy panty hose that fit
  5. To not have to worry about spilling food down the front of my blouse when I'm eating
  6. To never be embarassed about my size
  7. To not be out of shape & be able to exercise daily
  8. To put on my wedding and engagement rings again
  9. To try and make a double chin and fail
  10. To be able to wear clothes bought a year ago
  11. To wear normal waistbands rather than elastic
  12. To be able to close to the sink and not come away with a wet belly
  13. To not worry if the hairdresser's smock will fit
  14. To not experience chafing under my arms
  15. To know that I can go anywhere because I can sit comfortably and look at ease
  16. To be able to cross my arms over my chest without them resting on my stomach
  17. To not have to pee constantly
  18. To not mind having my picture taken
  19. To wake up each morning feeling energized and ready to go
  20. To not worry about squeezing into small places
